Our advanced manufacturing technology ensures the production of high-quality Calcium Fumarate.

Application: MOLCAL™ FUM used as a calcium source, particularly in fortified foods. It offers a stable, non-hygroscopic form of calcium that does not affect the taste or texture of formulations. It reacts with baking soda to release carbon dioxide during baking, aids in pH control, improves dough stability and enhances volume and texture in baked goods.

We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to international regulatory standards to ensure quality consistency with continuous supply.

PACKAGING

MOLCAL™ FUM is packed in HDPE drum or HDPE Bag with double PE liners inside having bar-coded label and tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. It is kept in a tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents.
