Application: MOLCAL™ CARM is used as a thickening agent to increase viscosity in liquids such as sauces, gravies, dairy products and beverages. It helps maintain uniform dispersion of ingredients and binds components together in processed foods like snack bars, meat products and bakery items. Additionally, it is used in low-calorie foods as a fat replacer, mimicking the mouthfeel of fats.
