1 Description It occurs as white or almost white powder, hygroscopic.

4 Acidity and alkalinity Not more than 0.5 mL of 0.1 M sodium hydroxide or 0.1 M hydrochloric acid is required to change the color of the indicator.

6 Iron Not more than 20 ppm.
7 Limit of chloride Not more than 0.04%.
